The video presents a few of the most basic forms of simple cartwheel which are fundaments for other, more sophisticated types. Even though basic Au is usually quite straight forward, it can be challenging when trying to completely control it, which can be done only by the most dedicated Capoeira practitioners. In my humble opinion, it is a worthy goal to learn how to control basic cartwheel as it opens up many doors in the real of Capoeira floreio.
