"Whipping Cartwheel"

A nice and simple floor base movement that is often used as an attack - which I am not a fan of due to lack of control during the attack. I personally much prefer to use it as a floreio or even a replacement for role. It combines well with most of other Capoeira movements as the finishing position is negativa.
