“Razor Cartwheel“

Au Navalha is a one handed type of Capoeira cartwheel that is mainly used as an attack in the Capoeira jogo. It can be incredibly dangerous if done with correct timing and speed. I like to use this movement as an entrance to other Capoeira movements or even Capoeira takedowns.
