"Escape"

Fuga is a simple but really nice Queda de Rins based movement widely used in Jogo de Dentro type of capoeira game. It is mainly used as a floreio. The way I like to use is it is to replace simple role with this movement. Fuga combines very well with other floor based movements as well as Meia Lua de Compasso kick.
